Erica Estetter is the Executive Director of the Austin Asian American Chamber of Commerce (AAACC). Erica graduated from University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors of Business Administration and Honors College Minor in Interdisciplinary Studies. During her undergraduate experience, she temporarily lived and worked in Shanghai, China—An opportunity that ultimately led to her completion of a scholarly thesis concerning cultural, business, and social discrepancies between the East and the West. Her passion for bridging cultures and diversifying community has since been her objective in all professional endeavors. Some of her past positions have included international logistics coordination and global team management. Moreover, through her current position she continues to foster economic growth, diversify business reach, engage in cross-cultural communication, and advocate for issues important to her membership and the community at large.
