Arthur (Art) D. Huck is the Past Chair - the Past Secretary and Treasurer of ASQ Section 1414 – Austin, Texas.  Employed by the Texas Department of Public Safety as the IMS Quality Assurance Administrator since 1998.  He is responsible for the implementation, and maintenance of an effective quality assurance program for the Information Management Service (IMS).
